BlueTweak vs Zendesk

BlueTweak vs Zendesk: the same support stack, without the add-on bill

Zendesk is a strong ticketing platform. Running a full support operation on it usually means adding Copilot, workforce management and quality assurance on top of the Suite seat. BlueTweak includes voice, chat, email, social messaging, WFM, QA and AI-assisted ticketing in a single platform for €0.65 per AI resolution, with a minimum of 100 per agent per month.

Where the two platforms differ

Pricing

What you get for the price

A Zendesk Suite Professional seat costs $115. Adding Copilot and the Workforce Engagement bundle brings it to $215 per agent per month before QA, which Zendesk sells separately. At BlueTweak, the €65 per-agent minimum covers 100 AI resolutions and comes with the channels, WFM, QA, analytics, surveys and core AI features: translation, summaries, routing and sentiment.

AI billing

How AI is billed

Zendesk includes 5 or 10 automated resolutions per agent each month, depending on plan. Beyond that, each one costs $1.50 on a committed volume or $2.00 pay-as-you-go. BlueTweak charges €0.65 per AI resolution, with a minimum of 100 per agent per month. A resolution is a chat handled by the chatbot, a call fully handled by the voicebot, or an email reply suggested by the AI and sent with little editing.

Performance management

One operational system

BlueTweak's QA module links scorecards to handle time, CSAT and first contact resolution in the same reporting layer. Low-CSAT conversations are flagged to QA automatically, and WFM schedules come from the same interaction data. On Zendesk, these jobs sit in add-ons bought one by one.

Agents stay in control

Proposed Reply drafts answers from your approved knowledge base, and an agent reviews every draft before it's sent.

An honest take

When Zendesk is the better fit

Zendesk has one of the largest app marketplaces in customer service and a long track record. If your workflows depend on niche marketplace apps, or your team already runs deep Zendesk customizations, staying may cost less than moving.

Migration

Switching from Zendesk to BlueTweak

BlueTweak's migration programme has a named Zendesk path. It moves customer profiles, interaction history and knowledge content in five phases. Both systems can run in parallel, and most teams are live within four weeks.
